Projects

In the years to come our organization has a goal of providing stable housing and support for those aged out of foster care in Rhode Island.

Material Support for those in Foster care.

At our organization, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals affected by foster care. To this end, we regularly organize collection drives at local grocery and retail stores to gather essential resources and raise awareness. These collection drives provide a convenient way for community members to contribute items such as clothing, school supplies, and personal care products, which are crucial for supporting the daily needs and development of foster children and youth. By participating in these events, the community plays a direct role in offering tangible support and solidarity, ensuring that those in the foster care system receive the encouragement and resources they need to thrive.

Join our Network of Churches

We invite your church to join our growing network dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of those impacted by foster care. By becoming a part of our community, your congregation can play a crucial role in providing support, love, and stability to foster children and families navigating these challenges. Our network collaborates to organize events, provide mentorship, and distribute resources that directly benefit foster care participants. This partnership not only strengthens the support system for these vulnerable groups but also enriches your congregation's experience through the act of giving and service. Together, we can transform lives and create a nurturing environment for all children in foster care. Please consider this opportunity to extend your ministry and impact by collaborating with us in this vital cause.

Most Importantly, Pray for the future

I encourage you to join us in prayer for all those impacted by foster care. Let's pray for the children and teenagers who find themselves navigating this system, that they may feel loved, valued, and secure. We pray for the foster families who open their homes, that they may be granted patience, strength, and the resources to provide a nurturing environment. For the caseworkers and advocates, we ask for wisdom, compassion, and endurance in their work. Let us also remember the biological families working toward reunification, that they may overcome challenges and create stable, loving homes. Each prayer sends a ripple of hope and support throughout this community, reminding everyone involved that they are not alone and that their efforts and struggles are seen and supported by a compassionate community.
